职位描述
岗位职责： 负责 SST 固态变压器核心磁部件研发设计，包含中高频变压器、中压电感等关键绝缘磁部件方案设计、器件开发； 运用有限元仿真工具开展电磁场、温度场、流体多物理场仿真分析验证，完成磁件性能、温升、绝缘、散热评估； 跟进样机试制，解决工程落地问题，主导生产工艺优化、试制良率提升，推动磁件从设计到量产落地； 负责磁件相关研发测试，完成样机试验、问题分析迭代，输出设计报告、测试报告。
职位要求
任职要求： 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电磁、磁性元器件等相关专业，3 年及以上磁件相关研发工作经验； 熟练使用 Ansys、Comsol 等多物理场有限元仿真软件，具备变压器、大功率电感、电机等电气装备开发经验优先； 掌握绝缘材料选型基础，了解电力电子拓扑、安规绝缘设计、开关电源磁件设计； 严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好跨团队沟通协作能力，能够跟进样机试制与工程问题闭环。 加分项 有大功率中高频变压器、高压电感开发经验，接触过 DAB、SST 固态变压器项目优先； 熟悉磁芯、绝缘材料、绕组工艺、高压绝缘设计； 有磁件量产工艺、试制良率改善实战经验。
