Job Description

• Setup, perform required adjustments, and perform preventative maintenance procedures on Coiling line & related equipment
• Oil dip / spin / pack parts as required & inspect parts per inspection plan & control plan guidelines
• Continuously verify adherence to quality specifications using - calipers/micrometers/gauges/load test/optical equipment
• Records data on production and quality control records and performs SPC procedures
• Operator is responsible to operate as many machines as possible without neglecting the safety of the employee or the quality of the product
• Must operate machine at approved cycle & productivity requirements
• This position is for 3rd shift (nights), Four - 10 hour days

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Strong math skills
• Experience in machine operation and setup
• Experience in adjusting tools and dies
• Experience with drawings, inspections, and troubleshooting required
• Experience with the use of SPC and precision gauges
• Ability to read drawings and inspection instructions
• Knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation
• Flexibility in a production environment
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walking and standing for prolonged periods of time

Base Rate = $25.19/hr plus an additional $0.75/hr for 3rd shift with the opportunity to earn an additional 8% incentive and 3% attendance incentive weekly
