You'll make an impact by

• Own plant procurement performance and deliver operating-profit, material-cost, supplier-performance, and resource-efficiency targets.
• Set and deliver material-cost, productivity, and EVA targets through fact-based planning and disciplined execution.
• Build a high-performing procurement team through clear goals, coaching, capability development, and succession planning.
• Execute global and cross-business procurement strategies to deliver cost, productivity, and pooling-synergy targets.
• Simplify procurement processes, resolve operational bottlenecks, and align stakeholders to meet plant objectives.
• Embed procurement and supplier input early in business and product-development decisions to improve cost, quality, and time to market.
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier lifecycle management to secure competitive cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
• Translate business and budget priorities into measurable KPIs; track performance and drive corrective action to close gaps.
• Ensure compliant procurement and proactively mitigate supply, supplier, commercial, and operational risks.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of strategic, category, or project procurement experience in an industrial or technology-driven environment.
• Proficient in digital procurement, data analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP or comparable ERP experience preferred.
• Strong strategic sourcing, category management, commercial judgment, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial, contract, supplier-quality, and compliance knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Data Analytics & Digital Procurement: Utilizing data analytics, digital procurement tools, ERP systems, and digital mindset to create process transparency and convert data into informed decisions.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Aligning stakeholders across functions, resolving operational bottlenecks, and leading cross-functional projects with proven leadership.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensuring compliant procurement practices and proactively mitigating supply, supplier, commercial, and operational risks.
