  • Serve as a leadership contributor within the territory team by driving strategy, sharing best practices, and facilitating alignment across stakeholders.
  • Lead projects and initiatives requiring coordination across multiple functions, organizations, and business groups.
  • Resolve a broad range of customer and business challenges through sound judgment, creativity, and independent decision-making.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas, growth objectives, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably within Life Sciences, analytical instrumentation, laboratory services, or solution-based selling environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving growth within strategic or major accounts.
  • Demonstrated success selling consultative, value-based solutions and developing long-term customer partnerships.
  • Strong ability to communicate the operational, financial, and compliance value of service and support solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working effectively within a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to work independently while driving strategic initiatives across a geographically dispersed territory.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and pipeline management skills.
