As an SSA Senior Sales Executive Director, you will originate and close complex, multi‑product treasury and payments solutions while owning senior relationships with our largest, most strategic Corporate Sector clients across SSA. You will engage deeply with client headquarters and their global operations to design, solution, implement, and manage transformational programs that modernize cash, payments, and liquidity—delivering measurable impact. You’ll navigate multifaceted organizations at all levels, champion our sales strategy, and ensure exceptional relationship outcomes. Regional travel will be a requirement of the role.
What Success Will Look Like (12–18 Months) Multi‑year account plans executed for priority clients; visible pipeline conversion and revenue growth. Reference‑able client wins that modernize treasury operations and deliver measurable efficiency, control, and working capital benefits. Strengthened franchise positioning with Africa’s most significant corporates; enhanced partnerships across client HQs and global footprints.
