
The SRT Supervisor will assist and liaise effectively with Caesars Entertainment Security personnel, law enforcement agencies and local partners as requested and will perform all duties in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies and procedures, and within the realm of the Caesars Entertainment mission statement. The SRT Supervisor will ensure proper deployment strategies and monitor performance of SRT members under the span of their control.
Proactively identify and respond to emergency situations including in-progress acts of violence, crisis, weapons incidents, explosive incidents, natural disasters and a wide range of issues posing a hazard to lives and/or property using the appropriate escalation off force up to and including armed response by following established protocol.
Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene to prevent further loss or damage, advise personnel of threats and potential threats, summon emergency responders to the incident, and initiate and conduct evacuation procedures.
Conduct covert surveillance operations.
Render appropriate first aid to injured persons and follow established protocols for reporting injuries.
Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
Maintain proficiency in the use of all protective equipment, restraint devices, and weapons.
Ability to respond to direction and/or orders from supervisory personnel, especially in the context of an active shooter, assault or other similar situation.
Lead with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where team members feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
Assist in daily security operations at properties as needed.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a current valid Nevada Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Report
Must be able to obtain and possess a Nevada Gaming License
Ability to obtain a Conceal and Carry Weapons permit issued by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (Required) or HR218 LEOSA
Must obtain a Nevada alcohol awareness card
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of related creditable experience; as a law enforcement officer or through service as a military police officer or on a military special operations team. or dignitary protection or in other work such as a Special/Security Police Officer (SPO) that provided the required knowledge and skills of law enforcement operations, practices, techniques, and judicious use of force, to include firearms.
Best candidates will have graduated from an accredited law enforcement academy or comparable course of instruction.
Experience in making judgments based on the application of experience, training, directions, rules, regulations, and laws and involved in maintaining order and protecting life and property.
Experience in Use of Force decision making in an armed public facing capacity.
Working knowledge in the area of investigation possesses investigative and analytical skills.
Must be tactful, maintain confidence, foster an ethical work environment, prevent inappropriate behavior from co-workers, and handle all situations honestly.
Able to communicate clearly with staff, management, and the public through oral and written words.
Must be able to assume a role of authority as necessary in a high-risk crisis, exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues, review facts, weigh options, delegate responsibility, and empower associates to make decisions, provide constructive feedback.
Must show respect and be able to adapt to different values, cultures, or backgrounds when dealing with difficult people or situations. Build and maintain long-term associations based on trust and helping others.

Must attend and pass all recurring mandatory legal, tactical, defensive tactics, first aid, CPR, firearms and other training as a condition of continued employment.

Candidates are required to successfully complete the required training, maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness, firearms proficiency, and tactical training. Subject to successful completion of all parts of required training
Must pass the physical and written testing of the Las Vegas Region Security Academy within the first ninety days of employment.
Must meet CPR Simulation Evaluation standards
Must pass the physical and written testing of the Caesars Tactical Onboarding Course, which includes meeting minimum standards on all firearms qualification courses
Must maintain annual certification in firearms and other specialized gear as mandated by federal, state or local law or gaming requirements.
Ability to physically engage with a person who is threatening others and the ability to accurately handle and shoot a firearm.
Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations and be able to make rational decisions when handling guest and employee issues.
Must be able to give court testimony when necessary and write detailed reports. The SRT Supervisor responds to visual and aural cues, and must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to move from location to location at appropriate speeds
Ability to carry or move another individual, including one who may be injured
Must be able to physically restrain individuals when conditions of arrest exist.
Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes at a heat of more than 115 degrees, or cold as low as 10 degrees.

Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
