The Amplify Program is a 12-week immersive early-career program within Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) practice. The program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience through exposure to real client engagements, collaboration with experienced professionals, and practical insight into life at Deloitte—while building the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a dynamic professional services environment.

Work you’ll do

As an Amplify Program participant in Strategy, Risk & Transactions, you will gain exposure to a broad range of advisory services supporting senior business leaders across diverse industries. You may have opportunities to work across the following areas:As a Graduate Intern in our Strategy, Risk & Transactions team, you will gain hands-on experience in providing comprehensive advisory solutions to senior business leaders of a diverse client base. You will have the opportunity to specialize in key areas of this dynamic business unit, with a focus on, providing end-to-end Strategy & Transactions and Risk, Regulatory & Forensic advisory services:

• Strategy & Business Design Define and drive strategy-led transformation across our client enterprises by using deep industry and sector insights, such as market size, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and technological evolution, to develop corporate and business unit strategies, launch new businesses, RTM strategy, product pricing and segmentation and AI led business models.
• Infrastructure & Real Estate Advice our clients on complex infrastructure and capital projects, such as building cities, roads, manufacturing facilities, power plants, railways, and waterways. It includes advising on governance, financial, and commercial structures for major government and private projects, while promoting investments by highlighting the societal benefits of infrastructure. By applying expertise across various sectors and geographies, help our clients to make informed decisions that drive economic, environmental, and social progress.
• Valuation & Modelling Use advanced modelling and valuation tools to partner with our clients to unlock asset value, drive strategic decisions, and mitigate risks, including acquisition assessments, financial reporting, dispute resolution, and portfolio valuation, ensuring accurate valuations for investment portfolios.
• Mergers & Acquisition Work with senior executives of our clients on shareholder value, inorganic growth, and portfolio rationalization by offering financial, M&A, and debt & equity advice. Use deep analytics and AI to align deal strategy with corporate goals, maximize benefits, and support integrations, separations, and transformation.
• Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation Provide advisory services to lenders, investors, owners and management teams of underperforming and distressed businesses, helping protect and build value while maximizing returns. Focus on structural changes to improve cost savings and margins, developing and implementing customized turnaround strategies for both solvent and insolvent situations.
