We are seeking a
Senior Software Developer
with deep expertise in
Salesforce Data Cloud
and
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
to design, develop, and optimize scalable data-driven solutions. This role will focus on
data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and activation
across multiple cloud platforms, enabling the organization to transform raw data into actionable insights.
You will play a key part in building robust, enterprise-grade data pipelines, defining ERD models, integrating data from multiple systems, and driving automation across marketing and CRM ecosystems. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also mentor developers, ensure code quality, and bridge technical execution with business strategy.
Technical Leadership
Lead and guide technical teams through project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, technical sessions, and performance feedback.
Act as the technical liaison between execution and management layers, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes.
Solution Design & Development
Design and implement
scalable data models
and
ERD diagrams
to support business objectives.
Develop and configure
data ingestion
,
data mapping
,
identity resolution
, and
segmentation
within
Salesforce Data Cloud
.
Build automations and code snippets using
SSJS
in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
.
Implement best practices for
data modeling

API integrations
, and
file handling (CSV)
.
Ensure all technical designs meet quality, performance, and security standards.
Collaboration & Communication
Translate business needs into robust technical solutions in collaboration with
Business Analysts
,
Product Managers
, and
Marketing Teams
.
Conduct detailed impact assessments for design or requirement changes and communicate findings effectively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, workflows, and development processes.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in internal workflows and data handling.
Perform peer code reviews, identify issues, and propose actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with emerging Salesforce technologies and cloud data innovations.
Bachelor’s Degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7–9 years
of hands-on experience with
Salesforce Data Cloud
or similar data platforms.
Proven experience in
data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution
, and related processes within Salesforce ecosystems.
Solid understanding of
data modeling
,
SQL
, and
API integrations
.
Strong working knowledge of
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
, including
Automation Studio
,
Journey Builder
, and
SSJS scripting
.
Experience handling
CSV data
, large datasets, and complex relational data structures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
Certification as a
Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional
(highly preferred).
Certification in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
(a plus).
Hands-on experience with
Postman

DBeaver
, or similar data/automation tools.
Strong command over
complex SQL queries
and
API design principles

Understanding of
