We are looking for a Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Coordinator to join our Strategic Pricing team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Category Strategy. You will be the analytical engine that translates shopper insights and market data into actionable strategies
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a highly quantitative field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing, Category Management, Commercial Finance, —ideally within CPG.

What will be your key responsibilities?
1.PPA & OBPPC
Execute OBPPC Frameworks: Help design and maintain our "Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, and Channel" strategy to ensure we offer the right product, in the right pack size, at the right price, in the right channel.
PPA Modeling: Support the development of portfolio price ladders, ensuring logical price relationships exist across different brands, pack formats, and segments.
Whitespace Identification: Analyze market and competitor packaging formats to identify margin-accretive pricing or packaging opportunities (e.g., entry-level recruitment packs, convenience-focused sizes, or premium upsizing).
2. Shopper Insights & Category Strategy
Translate Shopper Behavior: Partner with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) to integrate shopper missions (e.g., quick top-up vs. bulk stock-up) into pricing and packaging recommendations.
Competitor Benchmarking: Keep a finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape, tracking competitor pricing moves, pack changes, and promotional depth.
Align Pricing with Category Growth: Collaborate with the Category Strategy and Trade Marketing teams to ensure pricing architectures protect brand value while driving overall retailer category growth.
