职位目的

通过公司强有力的支持、结合各部门的资源,通过计划、执行有效的合作项目,为区域内的重点客户提供高质量、高附加值的服务,使公司与这些重点客户建立起长期牢固的合作伙伴关系,提升公司整体形象。

主要职责

  • 与公司各部门通力合作,提升公司各产品在辖区医院准入各环节的工作有效性。
  • 与重点客户保持良好的沟通关系,积极了解其在医疗相关方面未被满足的潜在需求,针对性制定并执行准入计划,及时追踪进展并持续反馈,以超越客户需求并提升其对公司的满意度,最终实现患者获益。
  • 收集区域内重点客户在医保、招标、药品管理相关政策执行的动态资讯。
  • 解决区域内和重点客户相关的突发事件。

Qualifications & Skills

教育背景

  • 本科以上学历,医学/药学背景者优先

相关领域工作经验

  • 8年医药行业工作经验
  • 具有3年以上大型外资制药企业重点客户管理经验和/或销售管理经验

专业知识与技能

  • 对医疗改革的趋势和市场准入环境变化具有高度的敏感性,学习和分析能力强
  • 优秀的人际沟通能力、影响力及项目管理能力
  • 具备业务敏锐度及解决复杂事务的能力
  • 态度积极、主动,结果导向
  • 乐于接受挑战并承担压力
