SRE Engineer - Cloud Environment

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive Site Reliability Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure locally while collaborating with our global engineering team to ensure high service availability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Infrastructure Management: Deliver and maintain cloud foundations (AWS/GCP) and container platforms (Kubernetes) to ensure business stability. 2. Reliability Engineering: Drive system uptime and performance, lead incident response (Tier 2), conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and define/measure SLOs. 3. Security & Compliance: Implement DevSecOps practices and security policies, ensuring infrastructure complies with global standards and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). 4. Automation & IaC: Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and scripting (Python/Go) to automate operations and improve deployment efficiency. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with global stakeholders to execute projects, maintain operational discipline, and provide on-call support for 24/7 service stability.
