职位描述
1、负责公司云上云下服务器稳定性保障服务，规划和建设稳定性流程规范、平台系统、保障机制和能力，负责现网运营稳定性监控、稳定性风险识别、问题响应处理和保障措施，保障业务稳定健康运行； 2、负责公司云上云下基础架构的整体可观测性建设，通过持续的全方位数据运营，推动系统优化； 3、参与公司基础设施建设与运营，基于专业能力与全局视角，配合业务技术团队，对云产品选型、费用成本、使用效率等关键环节的经营结果负责； 4、负责服务资源的日常运维工作，如补丁管理、镜像管理、配置管理、变更管理等；
职位要求
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上大型环境SRE经验； 2、至少精通一种主流公有云，深入理解云计算基础架构，包括但不仅限于GPU集群、K8S集群、对象存储等云产品，具备智能运维经验，擅长通过运维工具提升运维效率及稳定性； 3、具备良好的基础设施资源运营管理意识，有大型企业云资源产品标准化改造及成本提效经验； 4、具备独立解决问题的能力、热衷新技术； 5、具有较强的分析能力、沟通能力和逻辑思维能力，责任心强，自驱力强。
