highly motivated individual to join the DSA team to ensure all customer’s orders are properly handled in an accurate and timely manner and accuracy. By listening to customers and working together with fellow team members, you have the chance and responsibility to take on intriguing problems. You understand that process adherence to established procedures is important but also take approaches to tackle new and interesting problems to support your team. This logistics management role involves issuing shipping instructions and preparing documentation to ensure that investigational drugs (drugs under development) are reliably delivered to medical institutions and patients. You will serve as the central hub for ensuring accurate and prompt supply in accordance with global procedures (cGMP).
1) Processing shipping and delivery orders based on the clinical trial plan
2) Creating picking lists and preparing shipping documents (including compliance with country-specific requirements)
3) Entering and managing inventory and shipping data in the system
4) Coordinating with teams and related departments, and resolving issues
5) Maintaining high-quality operations in accordance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice)
*This position is primarily office-based and involves desk work, but you will also conduct on-site inspections (warehouse and shipping areas) as needed.[Requirements]
*You’ll learn the job through on-the-job training (OJT). Senior staff and colleagues will support you with any questions. You can also participate in internal and external training programs upon request
to continuously acquire the knowledge necessary for your role.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Qualification
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Experiences
・Minimum 2 years of experience preparing documents in the logistics, warehousing, or SCM industry; *Experience preparing documents in an environment with tight deadlines and time constraints
(e.g., order processing and vehicle dispatch at a logistics center; forwarder operations with shipping lines or LCL document preparation for shipping at an airline)
・ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Required to read and write in English and be capable of basic English communication
Ability/Skills
・Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP environment) [Preferred]
0900 AM to 1730 PM core hours, additional hours as required.
