We are in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for skilled professionals from Data Center sector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modelling & Documentation

• Develop and maintain Electrical & ELV Revit models, including lighting, power distribution, small and emergency power, cable trays, conduits, earthing/grounding, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data/Voice, BMS).

• Prepare coordinated design and construction documentation such as plans, sections, details, schematics, risers, SLDs, panel schedules, circuiting, load schedules, and equipment schedules.

• Ensure compliance with company/project BIM standards, BEP requirements, and LOD 300/350/400 deliverables.

• Support model-based quantities and BOQ outputs where applicable.

Coordination & Clash Management

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting teams.

• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

• Propose routing alternatives and track issue closure through ACC / BIM 360 / clash matrices.

Quality Control & Team Support

• Conduct self-QC and peer reviews to ensure model accuracy, documentation quality, and standards compliance.

• Maintain adherence to BEP, ISO/project QA processes, and client BIM/CAD standards.

• Create and manage Electrical Revit families (fixtures, devices, trays, panels, equipment).

• Mentor junior BIM modelers on standards, workflows, documentation, and coordination best practices.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Diploma or ITI in electrical discipline

• 7-10 years of relevant experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP (Electrical / ELV) (mandatory)

• Proficient in Navisworks Manage for clash coordination and AutoCAD for reference and legacy drawings.

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for issues, documents, and model publishing workflows (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of Dynamo for Revit for automation (preferred)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Work-sharing, worksets, linked models, and view templates

  • Electrical circuits, panel schedules, load calculations, schedules, tags, and sheet setups

  • Electrical building services including lighting, power, ELV systems, containment, equipment clearances, access zones, maintainability, and constructability

• Knowledge of IEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes (design exposure is an added advantage)

• Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications and translate them into accurate, coordinated BIM models, particularly for data centre environments.
