What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately weigh outbound trucks while ensuring compliance with scale house procedures and safety standards
  • Review, process, and dispatch aggregate orders to maintain efficient and continuous material flow
  • Perform detailed recordkeeping, including tickets, transactions, and sales reconciliation
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch, production, and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment
  • Serve as a traveling resource for local quarries within the Southern Indiana area

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, ticketing, and data entry applications
  • Ability to support and guide team members while promoting consistency and adherence to procedures

Work Environment This role operates in a scale house environment within an active quarry setting. The position involves frequent interaction with truck drivers and plant personnel, exposure to outdoor weather conditions, and requires a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
