What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Leading and training warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to support overall quarry operations.
What Are We Looking For
Warehouse and Inventory management experience.
Mechanically inclined - fixed equipment (crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps), tractors
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
Experience and Skills
Background in aggregates preferred
Minimum of three years related experience in Warehousing, Planning/Scheduling, or Project Management.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems, including SAP and Microsoft.
Work Environment
Fast-paced and dynamic quarry setting.
Collaborative team atmosphere.

Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment.

$80,000-$90,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
