All for the benefit of every patient.
About the Role:
This role is for a designer who is skilled in both discovery and delivery. We are seeking someone who can balance research and execution—understanding complex workflows, asking thoughtful questions, identifying and framing user needs, designing clear solutions, and collaborating closely with product and engineering partners to deliver outcomes.
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a designer who can move between problem framing and product execution
Understand complex user journeys and translate them into clear, intuitive flows.
Conduct user research, review analytics, and support UX insights while incorporating stakeholder perspectives.
Design practical, accessible, high-quality product experiences using Figma or similar tools.
Communicate design decisions using evidence and insights.
Account for edge cases, permissions, loading states, errors, and other important details.
Use and contribute to shared design system patterns.
Provide clear and effective handoffs to engineering teams.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, align stakeholders with differing perspectives, support engineering handoffs, mentor peers, and thoughtfully explore new tools and technologies.
Requirements:
We value designers who are curious, thoughtful, collaborative, and hands-on—individuals who can zoom out to understand broader systems and zoom in to improve specific details that impact user experience.
4–8 years of experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex products or workflows, informed by user insights.
Experience working with agile or iterative product teams.
Skills in interaction design, accessibility, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Experience conducting user research or discovery activities.
Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, education, healthcare, editorial workflows, publishing, or similar environments.
A degree in UX, HCI, design, psychology, communication, computer science, or a related field is welcome; equivalent experience is equally valued.
