  Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of intuitive and scalable digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

  Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform product strategy and validate design decisions.

  Translate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with business objectives.

  Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, design solutions, and success metrics.

  Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual and experiential consistency across the product suite.

  Use data-driven insights and behavioral understanding to enhance usability, accessibility, and conversion metrics.

  Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning.

  Present and defend design decisions to executives and cross-functional partners with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS, technology, or digital product environments.
• 
  Proven ability to manage end-to-end product design, from user research to final implementation.
• 
  Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools such as Framer, Principle, or ProtoPie.
• 
  Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual hierarchy.
• 
  Experience working within Agile or cross-functional product teams.
• 
  Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 
  A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality user interface execution and a well-documented UX design process, including real-world case studies.
• 
  Preferred: Experience with motion design, AI-assisted design tools, or accessibility standards (WCAG).
