As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Senior UA Manager to join our Creative Marketing team.
As a Sr. UA Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with senior staff and team members to design, develop and execute user acquisition strategies that maximize the commercial success of your assigned games. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with advertising and tech partners to optimize their performance and capabilities.
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio, with 5 days per week on-site, where collaboration and technical excellence drive innovation.
Work as part of the Growth team on game launches, campaign sustaining and new ventures.
Define both campaign strategies and creative strategies to enable the game titles under your responsibility to grow as much as possible keeping a healthy balance of profitability and scalability.
Cross cooperation with various departments Data / Product / Tools teams
Working with account managers directly to develop relationships and improve performance.
Understanding and monitoring monetization channels and results, communicating constantly with the Monetization team to find areas to improve LTV.
Report to the Lead Growth Manager for all relevant matters that affect your job and work.
Fully comply with the company's procedures, processes, strategies, and tactics as may be issued from time to time.
Requirements
Experience in mobile UA, performance marketing, or growth marketing within the mobile gaming sector.
Proven experience scaling hybrid-casual and/or casual mobile games.
Experience managing user acquisition campaigns across major channels including AppLovin, Meta, Google, TikTok and Unity.
Demonstrated experience driving creative testing strategies and working closely with creative teams to improve campaign performance.
Deep understanding of MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and the technical nuances of tracking and attribution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable optimisation opportunities.
Experience working with internal teams such as Product, BI, Creative, and Monetisation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing projects involving multiple teams or external partners.
Strong understanding of ad monetisation, LTV modelling, CPI, ROAS, and profitability drivers.
Experience working on puzzle titles and ad-driven monetisation models is highly desirable.
Experience launching and scaling mobile games from prototype, soft launch, or global launch stages.
Experience leveraging automation, scripting, AI tools, or workflow optimisation to improve campaign management and decision-making.
