The Team and Role:

A Sr. Total Rewards Analyst will support the Total Rewards team in implementing and administering compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs. The team focuses on designing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent in a rapidly evolving market.

This role emphasizes managing compensation and benefits programs, assisting the Head of Total Rewards, AP in enhancing Logitech's market competitiveness, and managing mobility programs, including policy implementation and vendor management.

Your Contribution:

- Serve as the support and subject matter expert on regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs, processes, policies, and related initiatives, acting as the direct interface for HR OPS.

- Participate in and support surveys and benchmarks for C&B matters to maintain and enhance competitiveness.

- Support the management of health programs, pension, and country-specific programs & policies for Asia Pacific regions, covering 7 countries.

- Monitor and follow up on all operational C&B matters for the AP region, including providers’ services, agreements, and costs.

- Drive employee communication, including maintaining total rewards content on the company’s intranet.

- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.

- Generate reports and analyze data as requested.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience in high tech and/or software industry.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency with Workday preferred.

- High proficiency in English and Mandarin.

- Experience working in a global/matrix business environment.

- The role requires a combination of analytical skills, process management, interpersonal effectiveness, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
