What you will do
Setup test strategy and test concepts for discrete MOSFETs
Define test specifications
Analyse and evaluate characterization and production data
Modify and improve existing test routines for MOSFET products
Define and evaluate new test solutions in cooperation with internal and external test centers as well as in the local lab
Occasional consulting for customer support on testing or datasheet-related questions
What you will need
Master’s degree or above in physics or electrical engineering with a background in microelectronics, semiconductors or precision electrical measurements
Min. 3 years’ experience in a relevant field
Experience with evaluating new test solutions and qualification of the same
Experience with statistical test data analysis
Preferably knowledge in device physics of discrete power MOSFETs
Programming skills preferably in Python or VBA
Basic knowledge of PCB design and simple electronic circuits is a plus
Hands-on measurement and characterization experience is a plus.
Experience with spice modeling is a plus
Familiar with standard software tools (e.g. Office), technical data analysis tools, and problem-solving techniques
Business fluent in English
Good teamwork skills
Occasional travel
