Job Title Senior Test Engineer

Experience 7-10 Yrs

Role Individual Contributor / Team Player

Location Hyderabad

Working Hours 12 PM to 9 PM

Required Skills QA professional with strong expertise in software testing, Agile practices, test management tools, SQL basics, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficient in automation using Playwright, Selenium, UFT, Appium,and BDD frameworks is a plus.

Requirement Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ Yrs of experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
  • Skilled in writing clear, concise test plans and cases.
  • Proficient with JIRA, Browserstack or other test management tools.
  • Experienced in functional and non-functional testing.
  • Strong SQL basics for data validation.
  • Performance and security testing experience is a plus.
  • Industry/vendor certifications can enhance career opportunities.
  • Must have ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Should have strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Should actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholder
  • Ability to construct user guides and documentation.

Secondary Skills (Automation):

  • Proficient in automation testing with Selenium, UFT, and Appium.
  • Experienced in BDD with Cucumber framework.
  • Knowledgeable in DevOps pipelines for test automation.
  • Hands-on with recording, updating, and executing automation scripts.
  • Automation testing for web, API, and mobile technologies.
  • Able to integrate SQL queries into ATC for test data setup.
  • Familiar with BrowserStack/Jira for test management.
  • Exposure to AI tools for automation.

Nice to Have:

  • Skilled in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
