Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
We are currently seeking a Senior Technology Associate with 5-7 years of experience in SAP Finance to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for business-facing support and development across various SAP Finance modules, including GL, AR, AP, and FSCM - Receivable Management. Key responsibilities include leading project activities, ensuring the smooth execution of critical global business processes, and collaborating with technical teams and IT counterparts to transform business requirements into effective solution designs.
Responsibilities:-:
Applying deep SAP Finance expertise across: General Accounting, Bank Accounting, Accounts Payable & Receivable, FSCM - Dispute, Collection and Credit Management ,
Cash Application, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Business Partner and integration with SD & MM.
Bringing must-have experience in S/4 HANA SAP Accounts Receivables and FSCM - Collection, Dispute and Credit Management.
Applying strong process knowledge of the manufacturing/consumer goods industry.
Delivering day-to-day application support, including 24x7 emergency response.
Managing and performing the design, configuration, and testing of SAP and other applications for projects, upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
Maintaining high standards of system performance and reliability by following procedures, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
Utilizing ABAP debugging and Report Painter knowledge as an added advantage.
Enforcing global governance, adhering to project steps, and maintaining proper documentation.
Independently engaging with business teams to gather requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
Functioning as a support coordinator, balancing resource loads and tracking SLA progress.
Drafting functional specifications for developers to support custom developments.
Staying up to date with technological advancements in SAP and related technologies, adapting through self-learning and research.
Mentoring and coaching junior developer resources to strengthen team capability.
Required Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce graduates preferred), any post graduate, CA, ICWA/CMA
Minimum 6 years of experience with In depth knowledge any one area in General accounting, Accounts Receivable, SAP Banking, SAP collection, Dispute and Credit Management and payment would be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Working in the SAP S/4 Hana environment.
Having domain experience of working in manufacturing organization
Business process knowledge in Customer invoice , Vendor Invoice, Payment, bank reconciliation & Month end process.
Exposure to SAP Accounts Receivable and FSCM - Collection, Dispute and Credit Management
Strong oral & written communication skills
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
Ability to seek and identify root cause
Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
