JOB PURPOSE:
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor
systems, production machines and other equipment. Performs all duties with strict observance to cGMP's, cSOP I s,
cGDP I s and other internal and external regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In charge of technical resources coordination to manufacturing areas.
• Knowledge experience and support in all manufacturing areas
• Capable to coordinate improvement projects and resources.
• Coordinates un-schedule works and document special repair works
• Supports training program
• Performs and participate in manufacturing general repairs (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) on production
equipment.
• Installs and/or modifies new or relocated equipment.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Fills out all necessary documentation to comply with Company specifications (SOPs).
• Performs preventive maintenance work and reports according to established standards
• Responsible for equipment and tools to perform daily work.
• Keeps the work area clean and in order conditions.
• Responsible for the replacement and spare parts for assigned equipment
• Capable of reading and understanding schematics or blue prints.
• Knowledge in computer, PLCs and industrial controls.
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Examines forms and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Replace or repair defective parts.
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Starts devices to test their performance
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers.
• Coordinate and initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
• Provides technical support to all assigned areas.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Team work oriented,
• Able to work extra hours, Holidays (e.g. shutdowns special projects).
• Carries tools and equipment to and from storage and working areas.
• Operates and controls all critical equipment per validated parameters.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree in Electronics, or Mechanics (preferred), four to five years of experience in related areas.
Computer literate.


• LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with the
immediate supervisor, peers and coworkers. Ability to communicate read and write in English/Spanish languages.


• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply advance mathematical. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and interpret bar graphs.


• REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.


• CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, EXAMS
cGMP's Training, Safety Trainings, certificates, licenses, exams and registrations that the immediate supervisor
refers.


• COMPANY REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Observes and promotes company security, industrial hygiene, cGMP's, procedures and other security measures
already established by the company; should inform any violation. Able to follow all GMP requirements while
conducting the assigned duties and completing official documents.


• PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The
employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment that Company provide).
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,
depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


• WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high,
precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and extreme cold. The employee is
frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration, the noise
level in the work environment is usually moderate.
