This position is highly critical to complete the IT staffing requirement for Shaw site to support the ongoing site expansion and growth of existing programs.

resource will support seven accounts with 3,140 seats and serve as the backup POC for PH compliance initiatives, including Cortex, CrowdStrike, N1 and N2 Patching. Filling this role promptly is essential to maintain site support coverage, ensure timely project delivery, meet security and audit compliance requirements, and manage ticket volumes effectively. Delays in hiring may lead to operational disruptions, increased workload on existing staff, and higher overtime requirements. Also will support sister site like mega mall.

This position is critical in ensuring day-to-day production support, enabling seat capacity expansion initiatives, supporting ongoing ramp-ups, and facilitating the implementation of new lines of business.

The backfill is necessary to maintain balanced onsite IT support coverage, minimizing impacts to advisor productivity, issue resolution times, and overall business operations.

Shaw requires one (1) Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) (T11) backfill to provide dedicated onsite IT Operations support for the Shaw site.

BU support of full 24/7 operations schedule - 2 Major accounts with Multiple LOBs onsite (Intuit and Anthem)

Shaw will have the following floors included for support: 2nd and ground floor

Impact if hiring is delayed or not filled

Emergency Issues would require Engineers to render extended working hours.

Any Planned CRQ as well needs an engineer from post noon shift to come into shift early, thereby working extended hours.

Impacts ticket SLA negatively

Security Compliance (MS Patches, Crowdstrike, Cortex, Bigfix, Server Data Backup) is at risk
