Job Description

Join Seeq as a Senior Technical Recruitment Partner and play a pivotal role in building the engineering teams powering industrial analytics. You'll own high-impact searches, shape how we hire, and be a true strategic partner — not just a coordinator. If you love solving complex hiring puzzles, building real relationships with technical talent, and influencing decisions through expertise and data, this role was built for you.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Own the Full Recruiting Cycle

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles—from intake through offer and close—with a focus on software engineering and specialized technical functions
  • Design and run structured screening and assessment processes that evaluate technical depth, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and interview design from day one
  • Keep candidates and stakeholders in the loop with proactive, timely communication throughout every search

Be a Strategic Talent Partner

  • Bring market intelligence, candidate trends, and actionable recommendations to every hiring conversation
  • Help shape job descriptions, evaluation criteria, and recruiting strategies for technical roles
  • Surface pipeline health, hiring risks, and course corrections before they become problems
  • Build trusted relationships with interviewers, HR, and business stakeholders to keep searches moving

Source and Build Pipelines

  • Craft and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to reach both active and passive technical talent
  • Build Boolean search strings to surface hard-to-find candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
  • Map competitive talent landscapes and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage referrals, communities, sourcing tools, and creative outreach to find talent others miss
  • Stay sharp on trends in technical recruiting, compensation benchmarks, and the evolving talent market

Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience

  • Give every candidate a responsive, organized, and respectful process — because how we hire reflects who we are
  • Represent Seeq authentically with technical candidates, conveying the genuine opportunity, team culture, and mission
  • Champion inclusive practices that ensure a consistent, bias-aware process

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Use pipeline data, recruiting metrics, and reporting to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that raise quality, reduce time-to-fill, and scale with the business
  • Mentor less experienced recruiters and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the team

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant depth in technical recruiting at SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology companies
  • A track record of successfully hiring for software engineering and other niche technical roles, including hard-to-fill searches
  • Fluency in Boolean search syntax — you know how to construct precise, creative strings that surface talent others overlook, across LinkedIn, GitHub, and beyond
  • Strong technical literacy: you can hold a credible conversation about engineering roles, ask meaningful screening questions, and assess fit without a script
  • Proven passive sourcing skills — you don't just work the inbound queue
  • Sharp interviewing and assessment instincts, with the ability to evaluate both technical background and overall role alignment
  • Comfort with recruiting metrics, pipeline reporting, and data-informed decision-making
  • Strong organizational discipline across multiple concurrent searches and stakeholders
  • Experience with ATS platforms; Workable is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of compliant hiring practices
  • Clear, adaptable communicator — equally effective with engineers and executives

About Seeq Corporation

Industrial process data is the collection of time-series data, events, and signals, as well as related contextual data, generated by production and manufacturing organizations.
