This core Learning & Organizational Development role partners with Engineering and Operations leaders to strengthen onboarding and operations training. • Drive outcomes without owning technical standards, use data to surface risks, escalate training gaps, and keep delivery on track
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify gaps between current and ideal states, conducting needs assessments to inform program development

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience in program administration and people management
  • Able to condense complex problems and situations into simple solutions
  • Experience classroom facilitation and applying adult learning theories or technical training methodologies
  • Use Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to find bottlenecks, run targeted process changes, and measure whether cycle time, quality, or rework actually improved
  • The ability to partner with leadership and HR on workforce planning, including hiring pipeline support, onboarding, training programs, attrition analysis, and succession readiness
  • Capable of inspiring trust and confidence through effective communication and interpersonal skills with partners and employees at all levels of the company
  • Must be able to relocate to a final site in Texas and travel internationally
