  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Industrial Engineering, and Operations to remove bottlenecks and strengthen execution
  • Build business cases with financial analysis, operational modeling, and data-driven recommendations to prioritize investments and improvements
  • Own complex projects from concept through implementation, managing scope, schedule, risks, stakeholder alignment, and delivery
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across warehousing, transportation, inventory, supplier operations, and production planning
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and governance for operational visibility; lead executive reviews; and support factory expansion and major cross-functional initiatives at GFTX

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Operations Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional operational programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools; experience building financial models, business cases, and executive-level presentations
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority; comfortable deciding with incomplete information and a high bias for action
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations preferred
