cross-functional programs across the Sales & Licensing technology portfolio. In this
role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, business, legal, and finance

with a high degree of autonomy and leading through ambiguity at scale.
Key job responsibilities

and coordinate across 5+ concurrent workstreams spanning multiple time zones.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders — including Sales,
Finance, Legal, and Distribution Operations — on requirements, trade-offs, and
delivery commitments.
• Build and maintain the operational rhythm for program execution: sprint planning
cadences, decision logs, RACI matrices, and DRI accountability mechanisms.
• Identify systemic process gaps and design scalable mechanisms to address them,
including tooling improvements, runbooks, and automation of manual reporting workflows.
• Contribute to OP1/OP2 planning cycles by owning headcount justification narratives,
investment ask documentation, and program-level cost-benefit analysis.
