The Sr Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving Project Management Office (PMO) operational excellence through the development, standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management processes, governance methodologies, portfolio management practices, reporting frameworks, and supporting technologies.
This role serves as a strategic partner to Project Management leadership and Engineering stakeholders, improving portfolio visibility, governance, resource planning, reporting, and organizational maturity across the engineering portfolio. The position leads PMO process improvement initiatives, develops executive portfolio reporting and performance metrics, supports portfolio governance and capacity planning, and enables data-driven decision making across Engineering, Software, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Clinical, and Product Management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ yrs of experience in regulated technical product development or technical project management
Experience developing and implementing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management processes
Experience supporting cross-functional engineering programs and portfolios
Experience developing executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, and performance metrics using Power BI or similar reporting tools
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and project or portfolio management platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority

Compensation + Benefits: The anticipated range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
