GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead key initiatives within the Compliance Transformation program. This role will be responsible for translating business needs into AI-enabled execution strategies that improve compliance effectiveness, enhance decision-making, and drive enterprise efficiency.
This position requires a strategic and execution-oriented TPM who can build strong partnerships across Compliance, Digital Technology, Data & Analytics, and business functions to shape solutions that are scalable, data-driven, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in business analysis, technical product management, and cross-functional delivery, with the ability to connect regulatory and business requirements to innovative technology solutions that enable transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the definition and execution of the product strategy for compliance transformation initiatives.
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear product direction, solution scope, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Compliance, Digital Technology, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive delivery.
• Conduct business analysis to identify process inefficiencies, gaps, opportunities for automation, and areas for value creation.
• Apply LEAN principles to improve process flow, reduce complexity, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Identify and enable AI-driven and data-enabled capabilities that support compliance monitoring, workflow optimization, and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, analytics, and functional teams to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Support the development of analytics and reporting capabilities that improve transparency, insight, and control.
• Manage dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and accountability.
• Track performance against transformation objectives and measure impact through business outcomes and operational metrics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience/knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in compliance, regulated environments, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions, including AI and analytics use cases.
• Proven application of LEAN / continuous improvement principles in process and delivery optimization.
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in an Agile and fast-paced transformation environment.
