Job Summary

To ensure on-time resolution of escalations/complexincidents, provide technical guidance to the team and ensure positive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Architect Host Pools, Workspaces, Application Groups, and Disaster Recovery solutions
• Perform advanced L3/Tier-3 troubleshooting for:
• Manage and optimize FSLogix profile containers
• Implement and support MSIX App Attach
• Design and maintain golden/master images with security hardening
• Implement AVD autoscaling and cloud cost optimization strategies
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management integrations

Hybrid Azure environments

Experience

• Overall IT Experience: 10+ years
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience (mandatory)
• Enterprise VDI/EUC: Strong experience in large-scale environments supporting enterprise users
