Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze DOR reports and validate against S4 contract, billing, and financial data
  • Identify discrepancies in DOR tables (e.g., overstated values, missing termination entries, negative bookings) and quantify financial impact [DOR Impact Review | PowerPoint], [DOR Summary | PowerPoint]
  • Perform contract-level and line-item level reconciliation between Expected vs Actual DOR values [DOR BRD HP IT V.012 | Word]
  • Prepare structured reconciliation reports highlighting:
    • Incorrect data records
    • Root cause analysis
    • Financial impact (positive/negative variance)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Sales Compensation, BRIM/SCM teams) to validate findings and drive data corrections
  • Support validation frameworks and dashboards for ongoing DOR data verification [DOR BRD HP IT V.012 | Word]
  • Track and maintain logs of identified issues, corrections, and resolution status

Support audit, compliance, and control requirements related to DOR data integrity
