Job Title: AIOps and Automation Specialist

Birlasoft is looking for a dynamic and experienced AIOps and Automation specialists to join a highly skilled team of automation SMEs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Agentic AI and Automation technologies and platforms for IT Operations automation. This role requires a strong technical background and leadership skills to drive automation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency in IT infrastructure operations and IT helpdesk.

Technical skills

• Python, Java, Powershell/shell scripting, Go, C++ – for building AI agents and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Langchain, LangGraph, and Langsmith for agentic orchestration.
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP/U) techniques
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation,
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts and GenAI co-pilots
• Hands-on experience with one of the platforms like:
• Amelia, Resolve, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Nexthink, UIPath – for IT operations automation.
• Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot – for Agentic or Conversational AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions for IT operations (Infrastructure and Apps)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and Agentic AI use cases.
• Oversee the development and deployment of automation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and Agentic AI technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI solutions for IT Operations (Infrastructure + apps).
• Strong understanding of one of the conversational AI platforms like Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in leading and managing technical teams is a plus.
