The Senior Technical Coordinator is responsible for the efficient execution of sustaining and lifecycle activities within the Medication Delivery portfolio. The role supports cross-functional teams by coordinating complex supplier change notifications, end-of-life initiatives, geographic expansions, supplier manufacturing activities and administrative closures. The role also has a strong focus on lifecycle and operational support for labelling design changes, including redlines and label verifications, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency. The Senior Technical Coordinator is also responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, providing training and ongoing support to the Technical Coordinator team, as well as maintaining metrics and tracking systems to monitor operational progress and critical KPIs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in performing initial impact assessments for sustaining activity for on-market product, primarily related (but not limited) to Supplier Notification Chanes, End of Life and Geo Expansion initiatives.
  • Liaise with the SNC team to gather inputs and maintain continuous communication and update mechanisms with the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Product Design Owner, Manufacturing and/or Regulatory, to conclude initial assessments for sustaining activity. 
  • Support and manage lifecycle and operational activities for the Medication Delivery team related to labelling design changes including redlines, label verifications, and standard work processes.
  • Liaise with the labelling design team to gather inputs and ensure consistent communication and timely updates with the engineering team.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the technical coordinator team to ensure capability development and operational effectiveness.
  • Mentor Technical Coordinators in resolving day‑to‑day issues, ensuring steady progress and adherence to priorities.
  • Manage sustaining complex projects through Baxter Change Control Management (CCM) process, from initiation through closure.
  • Maintain and support metrics and tracking systems to monitor operational progress and critical KPIs.
  • Driving process improvements and foster innovation.

Qualifications and/or Experience

  • Diploma level of education is required; candidates with a scientific background will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to comfortably shift priorities between multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A collaborative team player who also demonstrates strong autonomy and leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €24,000.00 ​annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
