As aSeniorTechnical Consultant on theCuram solutionsteam, you will havesignificantresponsibility in the delivery of project implementations.
You will work closely with clientsandsystems integration partnersand teamson projects toprovide technical guidance and designforthe Curamplatform.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.

  • Create functional and technical designs as well as solution prototypes, to supportCuramconfigurations and extensions such as workflow,rulesand/or integrations. 

  • Develop, code and unit test Cúram extensions in a J2EE environment,  

  • Develop REST APIs 

  • Configure and troubleshoot application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic 

  • Develop SQLs and performance tune DBs like Oracle and DB2. 

  • Work within Agile delivery teams, and DevOps processes. 

  • Establish and maintainsuccessfulworkingrelationshipwith fellow employees, System Integration partners and clients, and promote Cúram Solution as a capable and trusted partner. 

  • Apply industry standard design methodologies and patterns 

  • Mentor andassistless experiencedconsultants as needed

Basic Qualifications (minimum requirements needed to perform this job)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer scienceor information technology equivalent 

  • Cúram Technical certification (preferably on latest Cúram version) 

  • 10+years of experience inahands-ontechnical role deliveringand implementing software solutionswithdesign/development principles

  • 5+years of experience with Curam softwareand delivery, including batch, online, rules, workflows, webservices. 

  • 5+yearsof experience in Java/J2EE/ JEE development,JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript 

  • Demonstrated experience inmodern UI/UX design and user research practices, tools, languagessuch asReact.js, Angularand UML

  • Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT operating systems, Oracle or DB2 databases, WebSphere or Weblogic

  • Flexibility to travel if needed

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to apply data architecture and data government best practices (ideally in a health and human services agency), ETLs, BI platform, data integration, data quality assessments, data migration strategies and load management techniques.  

  • Cloud experience / delivery of applications with AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and other, Kubernetes/Docker 

  • DevOps, development/integration tooling SCM, CI/CD and/or Jenkins, Pipelines (Azure or AWS), Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Packer/Terraform, etc. 

  • Experienceincontainers using Kubernetes, Helm charts 

  • Agile Scrum Master experience

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

₹2,463,340.60 - ₹4,574,775.40 (INR)
