The Senior Technical Administrator is responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of core Servicing Platforms used across the organization. This role provides advanced technical support, performs system configuration and administration, and partners with business and technology teams to enhance system capabilities. The administrator ensures platforms operate efficiently, remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements, and support business needs across auto finance servicing operations.
· Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Servicing Systems (e.g., Loan Manager, Defi Servicing, Salesforce, SharePoint, infrastructure platforms).
· Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues with a customer-focused approach.
· Perform routine system health checks, audits, backups, and performance monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues.
· Manage user access, permissions, and role-based controls in alignment with security and data privacy standards.
· Collaborate with Servicing, Originations, Dealer Services, Accounting, and Compliance teams to understand needs and implement operational system improvements.
· Coordinate with vendors on enhancement requests, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing platform support.
· Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting; mentor junior administrators and analysts.
· Support system updates, releases, and compliance initiatives (SOX, PCI-DSS, audits) while identifying opportunities to automate or streamline workflows.
· Perform additional duties as business needs evolve.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical, administrative, or related business systems role
· Hands-on experience with system administration, configuration, access control, and platform maintenance.
· Experience supporting enterprise systems in financial services or auto lending is preferred.
· Prior experience developing system documentation, training materials, or knowledge-base content is a plus.
· Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
Skills Required:
· Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
· Intermediate knowledge of enterprise platforms, administrative tools, user provisioning, identity management, and role-based access controls.
· Experience creating workflows, process automations, and clear documentation for systems and procedures.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Proven ability to collaborate with IT, Security, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; customer-focused mindset.
· Strong time management and task prioritization skills; experience working in or supporting Agile methodologies is preferred
· Overtime required – Occasional
· Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
· Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
