Job Responsibilities

The Sr Tech Vendor Relations Analyst will oversee the management of our telecommunications expenses and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom services,contracts,andbillingstructures.Theywillberesponsibleforoptimizingourtelecomexpenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Core Responsibilities

•Serves as the Vendor Relationship Owner (VRO) for assigned vendors.

•Maintains strong relationshipswithvendors.

•Evaluatesvendorperformance,conductsvendorriskassessments and scheduled vendor reviews. •Manages all related vendor contracts and facilitates contract negotiation.

•Manageandanalyzetelecomexpensestoidentifycost-saving opportunities

•Managingtheacquisitionofmobiledevicesand services.

•Knowledgeofandunderstandingofpricingandbenchmarkingoftelecom services

•Forensicanalysisoftelecominvoicesinclusiveofreceiving,reviewing,approving,auditing, optimizing, processing, validating payment, etc

•Developandimplementstrategiestooptimizetelecomexpenseswhilemaintainingservice quality

•Supportsmonthlyallocationprocessensuringtechnologycostsarebilledtotheappropriate business unit (BU)

•Tracktelecomusageandtrendstoforecastfutureexpensesandplan accordingly

•Coordinatewithtelecomvendorstonegotiatecontractsandresolvebilling discrepancies

•IdentifycodingdiscrepanciestoensureaccuratecostcenterandGL allocations

•ExperienceworkingwithcorporatemanageddevicesandaMobileDeviceManagementPlatform (such as Asignet, Cass Information Systems, Sakon, Rivermine, Tangoe, etc)

•CoordinatewithfixedlinevendorstoprovideperiodicutilizationstatsforreviewbyTech partners.

•Support'green'initiativeswithresponsiblemobilerecycle plan

Qualifications

•Bachelor’sdegreeinIT,businessorequivalent experience

•ProfessionalTEMcertification preferred

•Two-yearsorequivalentcustomerserviceexperience required

•Carriesoutallresponsibilitiesinanhonest,ethicalandprofessional manner

•Exhibitresultsdrivenattitudetomanage deadlines

•Provenabilitytoworkindependentlyandasateam member

•Excellentcommunication(writtenandoral)andinterpersonal skills

•Asolidunderstandingoftelecommunicationsandnetworkingconcepts,principles,andknowledge of systems connectivity to understand overall flow of leased services

•Priorexperiencereviewing,modifyinglegalcontractsanddocuments(MSAs,SOWs,NDAs, etc.)

•Deepunderstandingofthefulllifecycleof contracts

•Strongunderstandingoflegaltermsandconditionsanddemonstratednegotiationskillscoupled with extensive knowledge of business and contract law related to Technology services

•Abilitytomanageprojectswithstrongcross-functionalcollaboration skills

•PriorexperiencewiththeITprojectinitiationprocessandgatheringbusiness requirements
