Role Summary

The O2A team is building an autonomous multi agent generative AI sustem that interprests skan.ai proces smining data, generates SOPs. Reverse engineers business workflows and produces production ready code, tests and deplys with minimum human intervention.

8. Create prompt templates for :
9. SOP extraction
10. Workflow reconstruction
11. Code synthesis
12. Test generation
13. PR writing and review
14. Build multi-agent LLM workflows
15. Develop and maintain
16. Planner agents
17. SOP reasoning agents
18. Code-Gen agents
19. Testing agents
20. CI/CD automation agents
21. Implement memory state handling and agent-agent communication and task decomposition.
22. Integration and Orchestration:
23. Use postman and similar tools for API debugging
24. End point validation
25. Workflow simulation
26. Build integrations via APIs.
27. Code generation and automation testing:
28. Generate prduction compliant Python/Java code modules and test suites.
29. Validate code using sandbox runtime environements.
30. ML Ops/AI Ops
31. Build and Maintain embedding pipelines

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications

1. LLM and Prompt Engineering
2. Expert Level propmpt engineering
3. Deep understanding of LLM reasoning. Copntext strategies and evaluation
4. AI Engineering
5. Experince building LLM based applications using Python and Java
6. Hands-on experience with
7. RAG
8. Embeddings
9. Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc..)
10. SQL/MongoDB experience
11. Excellent Python development skills
12. Experince with Postman and APIs
13. Experience with GitHub
14. Familiarity with process mining (Skan.ai, Celonis etc..)
15. Experience working in regulated environemnts (Banking/Finance/healthcare etc..)
16. Familiarity with Audit processes aligned with regulator requirements.
