Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for an SrTech, Quality(FA) to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for independently operating analytical equipment and chemicals to perform sample analysis and will possess effective communication skills to discuss findings with FA engineers

What you will be doing:

• Complete tasks assigned by FA engineers in a timely manner.
• Independently operate analytical equipment and chemical de-cap to perform laboratory sample analysis.
• Performed samples analysis from customer complaints and other engineering experiments.
• Compile images/data and discussed findings with FA engineers to complete failure analysis reports.
• Report any issues encountered during work or operation to FA engineers.

Assist in preparing analysis reports following established formats.

Ensure proper documentation of experiments and maintain laboratory records accurately.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in semiconductor technology industry or related failure analysis lab.
• Familiar with Office software (e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook), and basic English.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, laboratory sample preparation, electrical and chemical handling techniques.
• Proficiency in operating analytical equipment (e.g., SEM, X-ray, EMMI) or experience in a chemical laboratory is preferred.
• Having “18 hours certification of radiation protection“ is prefered.
• Good communication and coordination .
