Job Description

Are you passionate about innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and the future of ambient computing? The Amazon Alexa Brazil team is looking for a Sr. Tech Business Development Manager with the right blend of creativity, technical expertise and communication abilities.
The ideal candidate has solid technical expertise and business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and relationship management. This person will also have the technical understanding to problem-solve and drive initiatives across all stakeholders, including working with tech and product teams both internally and with partners. This is a senior role that will require thinking strategically about business opportunities, product roadmaps and technology trends, and mapping the intersection of partner needs and Amazon Alexa priorities. Key job responsibilities
Build and manage executive and working-level relationships with large, multinational companies.
Define and negotiate agreements including technical, commercial and marketing commitments.
Execute partnerships to ensure that agreed contractual terms and obligations are met in a timely manner by both sides.
Drive product capabilities and enhance functionalities of the Alexa for partners and customers.
Align partner activities with internal marketing, product, legal and engineering teams.
Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior leadership updating on progress and roadblocks.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 4+ years of business development, or account management with a proven ability to deliver results experience
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience negotiating software and services agreements
- Experience working with emerging technologies
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative artificial intelligence.
