What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership roles across assigned business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct strategic alignment meetings, establish hiring strategies, and build realistic hiring plans.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, talent insights, competitive landscape information, and recommendations that support hiring decisions.
- Drive skills-based and structured interviewing practices that improve hiring quality, consistency, and candidate experience
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines of active and passive talent across key talent segments
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive and transparent experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline health, hiring velocity, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, People Strategists, and business leaders to ensure alignment on workforce plans, hiring priorities, and organizational needs.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, AI-enabled recruiting solutions, and process enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote internal mobility and support talent development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability
What You Bring (Basic Requirements)
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Executive Search, or related talent functions.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to develop workforce and hiring strategies.
- Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent engagement platforms.
- Experience using advanced applicant tracking systems and talent intelligence tools.
- Strong consultative, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and balancing process with results.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and priorities while delivering exceptional service and hiring outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare technology, software, product development, engineering, or global corporate functions.
- Experience with skills-based hiring, competency-based assessments, and structured interviewing methodologies and TA operations.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation solutions.
- Exposure to global recruiting practices and partnering across multiple regions.
