The ideal candidate brings financial services recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance independent ownership with close collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation, and business leadership.

  • Partner closely with Compensation, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams regarding job requirements, approvals, compensation considerations, and candidate matters.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and hiring information within Workday.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with established internal processes, approval workflows, documentation requirements, employment regulations, and recordkeeping standards.
  • Provide a consistent, professional, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Lead first-day onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Coordinate with staffing vendors when additional recruiting support is needed, including communicating requirements, reviewing submissions, and providing timely feedback.
  • Recognize potential candidate work authorization and employment-based immigration considerations and escalate complex situations to appropriate HR or legal partners.
  • Support campus recruiting initiatives, university relationships, career fairs, and early-career talent programs.
  • Assist with the summer internship program, including recruiting, selection, onboarding, program logistics, and intern engagement.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects, reporting, process improvements, vendor management, and additional HR initiatives as needed.
  • Handle confidential candidate and employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working within structured recruiting processes, approval requirements, documentation standards, and compliance expectations.
  • Workday experience required, including experience maintaining accurate recruiting and candidate information.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, employment regulations, and hiring compliance.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common business technology.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
