Lead new hire onboarding for new hire's first day. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, develop effective recruiting strategies, establish realistic timelines, and drive timely hiring decisions. Independently manage multiple requisitions and priorities while providing proactive, clear, and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners. Work collaboratively with the recruiting and broader HR team, maintaining close communication and keeping team members informed of search status, key decisions, risks, candidate developments, and matters requiring coordination or escalation.
