This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in our Legacy West Support Center located in Plano, Texas.

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Professional is responsible for leading full-cycle executive recruitment for Vice President and above roles. This role partners closely with senior leadership to design and execute proactive, data-driven recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and secure top-tier executive talent.

This individual operates as a strategic advisor to the business, leveraging advanced sourcing methodologies, reporting and analytics, and AI-enabled tools to build diverse executive pipelines and deliver measurable hiring outcomes. The role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence at high levels of the organization. This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week in our Legacy West Support Center located in Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities

Executive Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Vice President and above roles across corporate and field functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on market intelligence, talent mapping, succession alignment, and hiring strategy.
  • Develop and execute customized search strategies for highly confidential and complex executive searches.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-caliber executive talent pipelines aligned with long-term workforce planning.
  • Ensure a best-in-class executive candidate experience.

Strategic Recruiting & Workforce Planning

  • Develop forward-looking executive recruiting strategies aligned with business growth plans.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate leadership gaps and succession needs.
  • Utilize market data and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
  • Influence organizational design conversations through talent insights.
  • They will also recruit for high touch areas.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and insights on:
    • Time-to-fill and quality of hire
    • Executive pipeline diversity
    • Offer acceptance trends
    • Market competitiveness
  • Translate recruiting data into strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously evaluate recruiting effectiveness and optimize processes based on analytics.

AI & Technology Enablement

  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage executive talent.
  • Utilize AI for talent mapping, predictive hiring insights, candidate engagement, and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate emerging recruitment technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Promote responsible and ethical use of AI within talent acquisition practices.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build strong partnerships with C-suite and senior executives.
  • Provide consultative guidance on compensation positioning, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Influence hiring decisions through structured assessments and calibrated evaluation processes.
  • Drive alignment across HR, Total Rewards, and business leadership.
  • Contribute to other projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Support evolving business needs through additional responsibilities as required.

Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive-level recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting Vice President and above leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and employment agreements.
  • Experience building recruiting strategies in complex, multi-functional organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in recruiting analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools within sourcing, screening, and pipeline development.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.

Working conditions & physical requirements

  • The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
  • The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc.. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
