💼 The Role

Talent Acquisition at fiskaly is still being built, and we want someone to build it with us. You'll own hiring across very different functions, from engineering and product to sales, finance, legal and people, in all of the countries we operate.

Our hiring managers will come to you before a search opens, not only once it's live. You'll help them decide what the role really needs, what the market can offer, and how we should run the process. Along the way, you'll help shape how fiskaly hires as a whole.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Full-cycle recruiting: Own searches across tech, go-to-market and other functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and closing.
• Trusted advisor: Shape role definitions with hiring managers and leadership, challenge requirements, and advise on market, compensation and talent availability.
• Proactive sourcing: Build pipelines for hard-to-fill and senior roles across multiple European markets.
• Building TA foundations: Help design and improve our interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, employer branding and hiring metrics.
• New ideas: Bring smart use of AI and automation into how we hire, to make it faster and fairer.

👀 What You Bring

• You've recruited in-house: 5+ years in recruiting, with a significant part of it sitting inside the company you hired for.
• You've built or shaped a TA function: You've set up processes, tools or the team itself, not only worked within an existing one.
• You've hired through rapid growth: You've recruited in a startup or scale-up while it was scaling fast, and you know what that pace demands.
• You've covered a broad mix of functions: Tech, sales, finance, product, not a single niche.
• You speak fluent German and English: Both, written and spoken. Another European language (Polish, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese) is a plus.
• Bonus points: Experience hiring across several European countries, a background in B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech or another regulated industry, and hands-on work with an ATS such as Greenhouse and with AI tools in recruiting.
