Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Areas of Responsibility:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders and plays an essential role in shaping the talent landscape of our growing organization.

This is a strategic business partner who:

  • Advises, influences, and coaches leaders (up to VP level)
  • Develops and executes creative, data-informed hiring strategies
  • Drives proactive pipelines for niche, hard-to-fill positions
  • Represents FUCHS with a high degree of professionalism and credibility

You will recruit for senior roles across finance/accounting, engineering, chemistry, operations, R&D, corporate leadership, and specialized technical disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Talent Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, consult on workforce needs, and shape hiring decisions.
  • Influence hiring outcomes through data, market intelligence, and strong business insight.
  • Lead intake discussions that challenge assumptions and ensure clarity in candidate profiles.

High-Level Recruitment & Search Strategy

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and critical roles across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Build tailored search strategies for niche, high complexity positions (chemists, senior engineers, directors, VPs).
  • Create multi channel sourcing strategies—beyond job postings and agencies—to uncover passive and specialized talent.
  • Provide leaders with market insights and talent landscape analysis.
  • Anticipate talent gaps and build pipelines before roles are open.

Candidate Experience & Brand Representation

  • Serve as an ambassador of FUCHS, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
  • Represent the organization at hiring events and networking functions.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to continuously enhance recruiting processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding, systems improvements, and TA-related initiatives.

Qualifications we are looking for:

The ideal candidate is an agile, resourceful, and resilient HR professional with exceptional problem solving abilities who is passionate about all aspects of HR. He or she will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 6+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years recruiting for senior leadership roles (Director level and above)
  • 2+ years recruiting niche, hard-to-fill roles (engineering, chemistry, technical specialties)
  • Demonstrated experience building strategic and tactical solutions for difficult searches
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence decisions
  • Certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or AIRS are a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (including CA and MX)
