The R&D System Engineer is responsible for the technical integrity and multidisciplinary integration of advanced defense systems. This role focuses on the methodical definition, design, and validation of complex hardware-centric systems, ensuring that electronics, cabling, and mechanical modules interface seamlessly. The System Engineer manages from the system level down to specific modules and ensuring a rigorous approach to problem-solving throughout the product lifecycle. This position reports directly to the R&D Manager.
