Job Description

The Sr. Systems & Development Analyst, EDI Integrations: Configures and supports EDI integrations within Oracle Integration Cloud to automate B2B document exchange across trading partners. Administers Oracle B2B Adapter workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity between external partners and internal ERP systems. Sets up and manages trading partner profiles, document translation mappings, and secure transmission protocols (AS2/SFTP). Monitors and troubleshoots EDI transactions to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and system reliability. Coordinates with external EDI partners for annual maintenance activities, including SSL certificate renewals for both internal and external endpoints. Provides technical support; problem determination and investigation; implementation of software patches and upgrades for commercial (vendor) applications. Supports client server packages both thick and thin clients, and web applications. Conducts research and fact-finding to develop or modify application programs; work with vendors to review quality, adaptability and compatibility of their products. Provides some technical responsibility for an application involving multiple support personnel that is critical to the operation of the business; or serves as a technical leader, or provides extensive knowledge and skill in a unique technical area. Designs, codes, tests, documents, implements and maintains moderately complex application programs and interfaces. Provides customer support for package software and associated interfaces. Work with vendors to resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvement and enhancements. Consults with application users, evaluates user requests for new or modified computer applications and associated interfaces to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current systems and computer capabilities. Researches and analyzes strategies, programs, and processes across and between all corporate functions. Performs system analysis and design functions, handle critical development issues, research and analyze data. May guide other analysts in the completion of assigned projects. Provides technical input to assist in development of project planning.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related computer field plus 6 years of experience as a Sr. Systems & Development Analyst, EDI Integrations; PeopleSoft Administrator; Oracle DBA; Oracle Fusion Security Administrator; Associate; or similar duties under a different job title.

Specific skills or other requirements: Experience to include 6 years with: PeopleSoft Server Administration; UNIX and LINUX; Application Designer; Data Mover; Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle DBA; SQL; and WebLogic. Experience to also include 1 year with: Oracle Integration Cloud; Managed File Transfer; Azure DevOps; and Oracle Content Manager.

Salary Range: $154,981-$176,000/year
