Job Description

  • Drive new business growth by building strong pipeline, winning new logos and achieving sales targets
  • Manage and grow key/strategic accounts, expanding market share through upsell and cross-sell
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a customer-facing advisor
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and proactively identify new opportunities to support territory growth

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related fields
  • 8+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in EDA/CAE/CAD/ software or solution-based sales
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales and key account management, with ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Industry experience in 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, Automotive, Industrial/IoT or similar domains preferred
  • Strong understanding of software business models and solution selling approach
  • Solid technical knowledge in electronic design ecosystem, engineering analysis or system design preferred
  • Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
  • Fluent in English; willing to travel frequently
